Ag Asia management has over 30 years experience in management of agricultural production systems including cattle, broad acre cropping, beef and dairy cattle exports, including 5 years in Asia developing beef production systems. Ag Asia management has recently been involved with the 2.5 year financial and operational management of a pastoral aggregation in the Kimberley totalling 1,000,000 Ha and 70,000 head of cattle for a foreign investment company. Ag Asia is well positioned to assist in the identification and management of suitable agricultural investments to meet with the long term objectives of individual clients.
Agricultural Project Management:
Ag Asia can provide short or long term project management services to companies, private business and government. Ag Asia management has recently project managed a major irrigation development in Northern Australia including managing a team of environmental and hydro logical consultants as part of the application process for a 22Gl water licence in the Kimberly, including all state and federal environmental approvals, design and assessment of service providers
Agricultural Commodities:
Ag Asia is able to assist importers with the procurement of animal husbandry and processing equipment, beef, dairy and agricultural commodities.
Live Export Support:
Importers – Ag Asia is able to assist importers of livestock in the selection of a reputable exporter, oversee that the livestock and products being exported meet with specifications and also provide support upon arrival to ensure best outcomes. Ag Asia can also provide training and advice to assist the importing supply chain meet with ESCAS regulations.
Exporters – Ag Asia is able to assist exporters of livestock throughout the export and arrival process including facility reviews, design and production system advice.
